Album: June '05: Bison Peak Scouting Trip, Lost Creek Wilderness Area Tucked between the towering 14'ers of the Mosquito Range and the Front Range is this less-traveled gem. Most people zip by on US 285 on their way to the Arkansas Valley, but Jesse and I chose this spot at the north end of the Fairplay Valley because of the quiet trails that lead to sweeping vistas.
